The Community Health Initiative can assist with different programs. The services provided under each program may be different. For more detailed information, select the corresponding program:
- Medi-Cal
- Health insurance program available for low-income individuals regardless of their immigration status.
- Covered California
- Health insurance marketplace that allows eligible individuals to purchase health insurance plans at subsidized rates and even some with cost-sharing reductions and no deductibles.
- Health insurance marketplace that allows eligible individuals to purchase health insurance plans at subsidized rates and even some with cost-sharing reductions and no deductibles.
- Medicare
- Federal health insurance program for people age 65 or older, and younger people with disabilities.
- Federal health insurance program for people age 65 or older, and younger people with disabilities.
- Cal-Fresh
- Provides low-income households with financial assistance for purchasing food.
- Provides low-income households with financial assistance for purchasing food.
- Kaiser Permanente’s Community Health Care Program
- Local charitable program available for individuals who exceed income requirements for Medi-Cal and do not have access to any other health insurance program.
